Download files below (FCM for ScanNCut and SVG for others) and cut with digital cutter. I was able to get two cut on an 8.5" X 11" piece of card stock using the following layout:

I cut mine using the Brother ScanNCut SDX325 with a standard mat and the black auto blade. I always keep a separate blade for cutting non-fabric items.
Fold on the dash lines and secure flaps using double sided tape. I purchased my double sided craft tape at the Dollar Tree. Tea lights also came from the Dollar Tree, but I have since learned that Amazon sells some that boast a longer life span.
The enlarged glitter snowflakes are cut from glitter foam from Hobby Lobby. Since my ScanNCut was not happy cutting them, I would opt for glitter paper for another easy to cut substrate as a substitute.
