- White poster board cut into 12-inch squares to fit 12-inch cutting mat.
- Gold (non-glitter) posterboard cut into 12-inch squares to fit 12-inch cutting mat.
- 1/4-inch wide ribbon to string banner pieces.
- Glue to secure 2-inch gold squares behind stencil cut letters.
- Sticky ScanNCut Standard mat for cutting poster board pieces.
- Standard blade for cutting poster board.
Once I made all the files I transfered the cut files to the cutting machine, then cut banners with lettering, squares to go behind the letters, and hearts for addtional decorations. Tip: When cutting, be sure your poster board is adhered to your cutting mat and your blade is giving it a clean cut. It's always a good idea to do some test cutting with scrap pieces before working on your actual project.
I'd love to hear your comments and find out if you have ever made your own celebratory banner!
