I have provided two free basting files to embroider and coordinate with this project. Without software you will not be able to view these files until they are loaded into your machine. In addtion, you will need a method to transfer these files from your computer to your machine. Check your machine manual or consult your local dealer for more help and information.
Important Note: These free, downloadable basting designs were only tested for Brother .pes format. I converted the file to a few popular formats, but you’ll need to test stitch the file on a scrap of fabric before using it for this project. If you don’t see your format listed and you would like to convert the file, I recommend downloading Designs in Machine Embroidery’s free Embroidery Tool Shed Software. This software allows you to convert many common file formats and so much more!
