- A Schmetz Microtex size 12 sewing machine needle easily penetrates the fabric without leaving large holes.
- Fine Ball point pins slip through the fabric easily and prevent snags.
- ALWAYS use a Press cloth or a strap-on iron shoe when pressing the right side of faux suede. Be sure to test your iron temperature on a scrap of fabric.
- I find that sewing seams is easier with a MuVit™ Digital Dual Feed foot or a Closed toe Walking foot. For top-stitching, consider using the MuVit™ Digital Dual Feed, or a Non-Stick Roller foot or standard Non-Stick foot.
