When I was younger, sewed alot. Then got busy raising a family, working in an occupation that required a lot of time away from home, and now....finally can return to a whole new world of sewing techniques. Learning newer techniques with my serger and new sewing machines has been very helpful. Embroidery tips have inspired me to learn & try new projects with my new machine. Learning what each foot can do was amazing. Thank you for your wonderful teaching style and for the shows! I am learning so much! Look forward to 2019 segments you broadcast.....each segment is very educational. I have always thought it is a good day if I learn one new thing. I love It's Sew Easy because the name is so true. Some of my favorite tips are the repurposing segments; taking what you already have and transforming it into something new. This is especially true for the garments that have been transformed. Thank you

I enjoy It's Sew Easy and Joanne, you are one of my favorite presenters! You always have useful and clear demonstrations. One of my recent faves is the couching on the collar you did with yarn. I have a dress pattern with a large wrap collar that I'd been thinking of doing tonal couching. I have the digital couching foot and now I've decided a tonal yarn with some sparkle will be perfect! I also enjoyed the back tab curtains project. You gave some useful tips there too. And I loved the embroidery and decorative stitching on the western shirt. I love jean shirts and jackets, so that was a great one for me. Thanks for doing what you do. I love watching!!

Hi Patti! Your kind comments were very much appreciated! It's really meaningful to me to hear how many shows were appealing to you. The couching segment was one of my all time favorites to present. Couching with the Digital Dual Feed foot is so easy and the results are stunning. I wish you well with your project! Feel free to send me a photo at [email protected].

I was fortunate enough to be able to buy a Babylock Ovation. I also own a Janome Horizon 15000. This series looks like there is a lot of fun stuff to learn. I love learning new techniques. I embroider a lot. Just finished doing some everyday t-shirts with more in the planning. Looking at ideas to use the chain/coverstich on my Babylock using different decorative threads.

I am always intimidated altering a pattern or making any changes to it. Angela's step by step along with her explanations offer so much more creativity to my sewing experience. I am still at baby steps with my Brother Dream Machine 2 so any segment on the machine embroidery has my full attention. Thanks so much.

Hi Joanne, I love watching It's sew easy! I love the regulars and I love the guests that are on the show. I like that the show gives more time to each person. In the beginning of the show, it seemed that they crammed as many procedures and people as possible but the info wasn't detailed enough for many of us. I love when they give more time to each person to show their work. Thanks for all the years of info and inspiration! I hope this show never ends!

Hi Cindy! Thanks for reaching out! You'll find instructions for various guest segments right on the itsseweasytv.com website. You'll see a tab at the top of the page that says projects and what's on our show. Once you find that you can search by series and then by individual shows. Having said all that, I have all the videos and related instructions for series 1600 posted here on my site. I pasted in the link below:
